About us

Rectimold 30 years

Founded on April 19th, 1989, in Pedreiras, Porto de Mós, Portugal, Rectimold specialises in the production of high precision steel moulds for making small and medium-sized plastic parts.

It was the company’s goal at the time to fill a gap in plastic industry moulding.

As time went by, Rectimold asserted itself in the market, which enabled it to broaden its horizons.

Due to its excellent working capacity, it moved on to the production of its own moulds and exported its first mould to Canada in 1990. It has never stopped since.

It changed premises for the first time in 1992, which enabled it to be more responsive regarding new requests and a significant increase in terms of production.

In 1999, the new premises were inaugurated, which remain to this day.

There was a turning point in 2018 with the new Management. However, Rectimold will continue to stand out due to its quality and reliability, rigour and compliance with delivery deadlines, and the daily dedication of its entire team to maintain the trust of clients and suppliers, which has already been achieved.
